9) Estée Lauder little black primer mascara - Tint. Amplify. Set

Prime your eyelid with eyeshadow primer

Use ‪#‎EsteeLauder‬ Pure Color Envy EyeShadow Palettes,

gently apply color 2 eyeshadow into entire lid & brow bone area

Apply color 3 into middle of your lid

Next apply color 4 to your outer crease area 

as well as the lower lashline to balance out the look

Blend with color 1 if there is any harsh line

Tap the color 3 into your inner corner of the eyes

to brightens up your eyes

Now line your eyes with ‪#‎electriccobalt‬ eye pencil

from Estée Lauder to upper & lower lashline

Curl your lashes 

Put on the fake lashes

Re-apply the blue eyeliner for the

perfect wing eyeliner looking
