DIY Makeup Brush Cleaner
Fancy makeup brush cleaners can be too
expensive for how much you should be using them. So I decided to create my own
homemade brush cleaner. With all super inexpensive ingredients and supplies,
most of which you probably already have in your kitchen.
Product used :-
1.Basic dish soap (to disinfect and clean) 2
parts
2.Extra virgin olive oil (to recondition the bristle hair after it’s stripped of oils and disinfected by the soap) 1 part
3.Container
4.Paper towel
5.Spoon
6.Water
7.Brush
2.Extra virgin olive oil (to recondition the bristle hair after it’s stripped of oils and disinfected by the soap) 1 part
3.Container
4.Paper towel
5.Spoon
6.Water
7.Brush
Steps :-
Put the 2 parts Dishwashing
liquid in a container.
Add 1 part extra virgin olive oil to the container.
Now prepare few layers of
paper towel.
Take one of your brushes and swirl it into your mixture.
Swipe your brush back and forth several times over a paper towel repeatedly until to get the excess makeup out.
Swirl the brush under warm water and swipe the brush head back and forth over a paper towel.
After that, gently pat them dry with a paper towel and blot out the excess water.
So, just put the brush lie down on a paper towel and around 24 hours to let the brush fully dry.
So, that’s the end of my version of makeup brush cleaner and cleaning. I hope this helps the next time you think about cleaning out these expensive little tools.
