Steps:-

Apply Yves Saint Laurent Top Secrets Instant Moisture Glow to blurring imperfections, hydrating and flawless makeup that lasts

Apply Kiko Milano Skin Tone Concealer #05 with the tip and spread it around the eyes area, blend it with beauty blender

Using Colourpop Yes, Please! Eyeshadow Palette apply matte warm Ivory color on the lid area, then apply from the outer crease to inner crease with matte brick red color

To add more dimensional effect apply matte chocolate brown color on outer crease area

Apply some Inglot Cosmetics Body Sparkles #57 on the inner lid areas

Apply matte ivory warm color to brow bone and blend if there is any harsh line

Line the lower lashline with long lasting kohl pencil to enhance eye contour and inner rims with Sephora Collection Kohl Waterproof Eyeliner

With the liner brush, begin with the top inner corner then brush the gel liner outwards to outer corner, extend it to a wing

Add on the matte brick red color on the lower lashline

Apply the sparkles gold color on the inner lid to make the eyes more brighter

Apply the uda Beauty Classic Lash LANA #10,for more dramatic look

Perfect the liner to line the inner corner to the eyes using Bobbi To Go - Mini Long-Wear Gel Eyelier #Black Ink

Coat on Maybelline Volum' Express Hypercurl Waterproof Mascara for upper and lower lashes to fully volumnized curl

Take the brow pencil, create the right shape from the below part of brow then fill in with lightly strokes, blend with the angle brush for more fuller brow look
Clean the brows for more sharp and define result
